I’m a bit of a wordcel, so have some patience— but what is the point of regressing to the mean based off of ethnic or racial group?

if IQ scores are unreliable, you would expect a jew with an IQ score of 130 to be more intelligent than a black person with an IQ score of 130. Practically this is not very insignificant, unless the reliability is below 0.8.

Ah I see, so in the rare case of multiple test scores, such a modification would be less necessary given the person is scoring consistently within the same range— no? Also where did you find Dylann Roof’s index scores? I couldn’t find them, but didn’t look very hard.
